Project Allegro
The is a one man band that produces recordings in a home studio. The Project's music is mainly instrumental rock with a large influence of metal and progressive rock, but no style is off limits. Your musical influences
My influences are bands that offer complex music and/or high musicianship like Rush, Dream Theater, Iron Maiden and Joe Satriani. Also film composer John Carpenter and classical composer Richard Strauss.
What equipment do you use?
: Gibson Les Paul Standard, Fender Stratocaster, Ibanez 7-string and Fender Catalina Acoustic.
: POD 2.0, Line 6 Filter Pro, Digitech GSP21, Digitech IPS-33B, Marshall 25 watt combo and Marshall JCM900 with 4x10 cab for live gigs.
:Pro Tools, Sonar and GigaStudio.MIA soundcard, Line6 GearBox and MBox. SoundForge is my editor of choice. For samples, I use a lot of samples from Sonic Implants.
