Hello, I'm Ike, also known as Religion or Religion Beats. I am a producer and a rapper from Chicago and I currently reside in Atlanta, Georgia. I attend South Gwinnett High School, but i also attend Grayson Technical Program to take classes in music tech and audio engineering.
Band/artist history
I've been producing for around two years. I didn't really start to take it seriously until I began to get tons o feedback from my peers. I am an artist first, but producing is quickly becoming a love of mine and i pan on producing for years to come.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
I no longer play in band, but I sometimes get asked to perform at parties and and social gatherings and with my new music group, I plan on having more performances soon.
Your musical influences
Strictly speaking producing, I don't have any influences. For rapping and songwriting however, some of my many influences are Lil Wayne, Nas, Wale, Kendrick, J. Cole, and Logic.
What equipment do you use?
For producing I mostly use FL Studio 12, but I also use Garage Band, Logic, and Reason.
