Started writing lyrics around the age of 14/15 years old... Now im 32, so i got some years on my back. My first recording in a studio was with Junez in the summer of 2003. So on and so on. I like rap from all over, not only New York rap or the dirty south rap. There are talents everywhere. I listen to all music, but not pop and techno that much, and collect Vinyl ( Lp..s ). I like rock alot also, since i heard alot of rock when i was growing up, like Nirvana, Rage against the machine, Red hot chili peppers, Faith No more, Bob hund, Jokke og valentinerne, Per Bergersen, Jonny Cash, Kizz, Metallica, Seigmen, Turbonegro, Foo Fighters, Pearl Jam, Smashing Pumpkins, The doors and so on and so on. I also used to listen to alot of Punk like Rancid, Bad religion, Milencolin, NoFx, No use for a name, Green Day, Lame Ducks --- Also from Vestby. Ska punk music is very cool! When i comes to Reggae music i like Bob Marley --- Of corse. Eek A Mouse, The Police, Zizzla, Peter Tosh, Lee scratch Perry, The congos and so on. It..s kind..a hard keeping up with all the new stuff that comes out, but i..m trying to stay updated. Guess i..m a bit old school...What equipment do you use?
I use a Pc with a Line6 M-Audio soundcard, Boss sp303 Dr. Sample, Crossfader mixer, turntable, Medeli midi keyboar, acustic guitar, horner el-guitar... and then some.
I use Cakewalk Sonar when i record my rap music, and i mostly use Acid to make beats. Ive tryed many other programs, but im very satesfied as thing are now. I could allways need moore music stash :) He he! Ones you get hooked... then its like a drug.
