Paper Planes
Paper Planes is a rock band from Washington, DC. It's made up of three brothers, James, Casey and Brock, and their friend, Brian. Paper Planes is constantly breaking girls' hearts and occasionally getting their hearts broken. This is okay because it makes for amazing song writing.
James writes the majority of the music, although everything is a collaboration, and Brian is the mastermind behind the lyrics. Casey is the sickest 16 year old bassist you'll ever meet. Girls want him and guys want to be him. Brock lays down drums and guitar, and he produces all of Paper Planes' recordings at the Tree House, his studio outside of DC. Brock is the man.
Paper Planes is influenced mostly by women, ladies and girls from all backgrounds and locations. We hope you identify yourself in our music to the extent that you feel compelled to spread the word to all of your friends and enemies.

Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yes. This summer, we will be playing live in downtown Silver Spring, Bethesda, and DC.
What equipment do you use?
Yamaha C7 piano, Gretsch Renown Maple drum kit, Ibanez bass (Ampeq SVT classic amp), Gibson guitars, Marshall amps, Pro Tools HD rig for all recordings.
