What is a stem / trackout file?

I started making music when I was 15 years old. I've been on and off beat making since then, but didn't fully take it serious until my mid 20's.
What inspired me to make music was a game called, Beaterator. It was a game produced by Timberland and Rockstar Games, for the PSP that was intended to be a mobile studio. To me, It was like FL Mobile, before FL Mobile.

I have a few people that inspire me for different aspects of music. when it comes to being a rapper, it was always old Kanye West. then along comes other lyricist such as Lupe Fiasco, J Cole, etc.
When it comes to being a producer, its hands down the G.O.A.T, Timbaland.
