in 2007, pdk released "2 SHORT" a bass heavy, hip hop influenced house track under the VIP (Vain In
Person) monika which took the net by storm holding both the myspace and soundclick #1 spots for several
weeks. due to the sucess of the 2SHORT, pdk continued the release tracks with heavy hip hop/reggae
influenced samples and hard hitting bass lines resulting in the club smash "make me want to" and "wow"
which can still be heard in clubs across europe now. he termed this style of house "HOODHOUSE".
with the emergence of Uk funky, in late 2008 pdk started producing funky tracks while concentrating on
various projects with indie bands and local artists. PDK's debut house cd "Housework" is being finalised
for an early 2010 release (feb 2010) so keep your eyes peeled.
