Oscar Le Bassiste
I hope you like some of my tunes as much as I liked making them!
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Started playing on the age of eleven, stopped a while, but playing again at the beginning of Super Sixty: this time forever.....;)
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Performances in front of an audience, as a singer/songwriter, just my electric guitar and me, and I like to go to jam sessions, of course!
Your musical influences
Freddie King, Albert King, B.B. King, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Robin Trower, eric Clapton, Duane Allman, Doyle Bramhall II, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, The Kinks, Led zeppelin, Queen, Crosby Stiils Nash & Young, and the rest!
What equipment do you use?
Epiphone bass, Stratocaster built by J.W. Eleveld, Hagstrom XL-2P supercaster with 2 Humbuckers, Hagstrom Dalarna Dreadnought, Fender Parlor guitar sunburst, José Rodriguez Spanish guitar, and of course my first Peavey Raptor strat, rebuilt from its original neck to the kind of strat I like, with handwound single coils made by Scheffer Pickups.
Anything else?
