One Day Sober
This is actually more of an experimental band that uses elements of indie emo, pop punk, punk, electronica, and other things.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Started out as a 2 piece death-grind band, we split up in August of 2007, so I (Scuba Steve) went back to making it a solo project until February 2008... the project was put on hiatus when I joined Legacy of Blood in February 2008... Legacy of Blood split up in late July 2008, and Wednesday (old vocalist) and Andrew (old bassist) joined up with me again in August 2008 to start up a new band called The Grim Documentation... That band broke up in June 2009, and now I do everything solo.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I don't really play live since this is a solo project now. I play in front of friends, but that's about it.
Your musical influences
I'll just put the ones that are relevant to the band at the moment...
Mineral, The Gloria Record, Aiden, Heavens, Senses Fail, Hawthorne Heights, Michael Jackson, My Chemical Romance, The Angry Samoans, Joy Division, Nearest the Positive, American Football, From First to Last, Taking Back Sunday
What equipment do you use?
Shitty guitar, small vox amp, and garageband program.
