The Officialz is a name that represents business, class, and quality when spoken. While business, class, and quality are the focal points, The Officialz also represent a new generation of sound, feeling, and vibe. The Officialz are a young, energetic, creative production duo made up of two amazingly talented artists who strive in changing the way music is heard and felt. 

      The Officialz are made up of two producers, Jay “S.Bach” Leak and Carlos “Panama Jack” Hernandez.  The production team was formed as their friendship and talent grew while attending Full Sail Real World Education, both graduating in 2003. After graduating, both Jay and Carlos decided to move to Atlanta, GA where they would begin their musical journey. 

      The moment Jay and Carlos set their feet into the good ole’ Georgia dirt they were hustling trying to get their foot into the very narrow door called “The Music Industry”.  Jay landed an internship with Jermaine Dupree at Southside Studios while Carlos landed an internship with OutKast at Stankonia Studios. Both Jay and Carlos together worked with such artists as Jermaine Dupree, OutKast, 3LW, Usher, Lil Jon, DAZ, Bow Wow, Keri Hilson, Slim, Brian Michael Cox, and many more. After their stents as interns, Jay and Carlos decided it was time to focus on making The Officialz official and become a “go to” production team within the music industry.  

	With years of producing under their belts, The Officialz are beginning to make their mark within the music industry by creating a sound like no other. From the hard hitting kicks to the undertones of 808’s to the melodic sequences of synths, The Officialz has what it takes to win the ears of their listeners.  The Officialz are “It”, The Officialz are “In”, and The Officialz are “Rocking”. They are in their own lane and moving fast. Our musical influences are everybody and everything. We listen to all genres and all artists. We look at music as art. Each piece [artist] has its own meaning which in some way or another influences everyone rather good or bad.
