Hey. This is Nathan with Baker Beats, a producer label and music production company.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I started getting into music production early in college. I was chasing degrees in Computer Science and Graphic Design, but decided to drop out to pursue music full time. I started working with a bunch of local artists, but because I had a library of unused beats, I decided to find a platform to sell them on.
Your musical influences
I have a vast variety of influences. My biggest ones are probably Marshmello and Skrillex, but only the hip hop side of their production.
What equipment do you use?
I use a custom desktop PC, two KRK Rokit5 G4s, FL Studio, and my mind.
