Only white kid on the basketball and football team, growing up in Louisiana... I gave up my love of music and DJing DnB and Jungle and Freestyling to play Basketball and Football in College and then go to Culinary School and become a Chef. My wife, kids, and career turned into my life as it is now... Successful... But I miss music and my wife made a video of the last freestyle recording I ever made and did. Like it, hate it, roast me, I don't care... She just wanted to help me experience living the part of my life I loved and gave up... Love to everyone... F.L.O.W. means Food & Love Over Water(the flow)11/18/1999. I chose a different path.. I chose food, love of family over the Water, but still appreciate and miss the ever-changing art form.Admin
