H. Dai'mon Witherspoon, also known as Mr. Envi' (born in Greensboro, Alabama on July 15, 1978) is an American rapper, record producer and CEO of Southern Stisles Records.
After being featured on recordings with other indie artists and labels, as well as sharing a stage with New Orleans rapper Juvenile, Mr. Envi' began recording his own raps, releasing his first album Tantrum in 2004. His first single, "Break His Jaw", was released early November of 2003. The single received little airplay and failed to catch the ears of the local area. A decision was made to withdraw the album, never to be re-released. He then decided to take Southern Stisles Records to another level and released a compilation album with the assistance of the internet with digital distribution in 2006. Due to the poor promotion efforts of the album, Mr. Envi again decided to discontinue interest in yet another project.
Once again an independent CEO/ rapper, Mr. Envi began releasing a variety of albums at a fast rate: Tryin' To Maintain and Cornbread: Fresh Out of the Oven Tha Mix Tape were released in 2008; The South Pound Mix Tape and Mr. Envi Presents: From Tha Top to Bottom The Mix Tape Vol 1. in 2009, Vol 2. 2010, Rydaz Redemption 2011.
