Mr. Dalo
Mr. Dalo is 100% real. I feel like I get hated on all the time, which is why I wrote "Hate on Me". The group I'm in is called OTH, which stands for Observing Them Haters. Everybody always feels like they get hated on too, so I feel like they'll be able to relate.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Shit, I'm just like every other black kid from the ghetto. I've been rapping since I was little.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I play live as much as possible. In the summer of '98, I got to go on tour with Sir-Mix-A-Lot.
Your musical influences
I'm influenced by a lot of West Coast, Old School, Bay Area, and Texas rappers.
What equipment do you use?
Whatever Perfechter Productions throws at me. ProTools, top-of-the-line Avalon preamp, etc. See their page.
