Canadian singer/songwriter Mike Barrett is bringing a new 'old' sound to the stage...

Now based in Halifax, NS, he released his debut CDLP "What More Could I ask? in April, 2008 and toured Canada over the summer and fall. He is currently in the process of recording new songs for an EP and is looking forward to releasing it by Summer 2009.

You can likely catch Mike touring back and forth between his hometown of Guelph, ON, and his apartment in the north end of Halifax.

Not only is he managing his own solo career, but he is also playing bass for Halifax rock trio; Andrew Hunter & the Gatherers, who were showcasing artists at the 2009 ECMA's and Canadian Music Week.
