Michael Fitzhugh is what the world of music has been looking for, his voice his style his music. You won't be able to get enough that's all we ever here when we interview people and ask the question how can he improve they just say "Please just give us more" The way the world is today we all need to know from somewhere that it's going to be alright, well in Michaels voice and music you feel your soul being set free, what more can you ask for.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Michael has been singing and acting pretty much his whole life. Starting with his first band at the age of 11. He found a passion for acting in high school which carried on through his college years doing a number of musicals until the world started demanding he pay rent which again lead him back to being on a stage in various clubs throughout L.A. and Orange County. Then the opportunity came up to perform in Las Vegas, Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino decided to open their doors March 2nd 1999 and asked Michael to join them for a 5 week engagement that turn out to be a 9 year run for Michael. He has now finished his first solo Cd and is working very hard to get it into the hands of the world.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Michael has played live all over L.A. and Orange County but for the last ten years he has entertained in Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. He has performed at most of the major casinos on the Las Vegas strip. You could hear some of Michaels work on the Discovery Channels "Casino Diaries" in which he co-wrote and performed the theme song as well as shown off some of his acting skills.
