Markus Roscher

Since 2004 Markus Roscher , today art-lawyer in Berlin and owner of the label “STARMACHER”, produces Songs in german and english language on six albums: (“Dieter halts Maul” (2004), “Liebe Leben Trennung Tod” (2006), “Im Dünensand” (2007), “Best of Markus Roscher” (2008, only with new songs), “So wie ich bin” (2008) and at last “The English Songs”. Roscher (http://www.myspace.com/markusroscher), a beatles and stones fan, is member of the federal board of the German Rock and Pop Association. He composes, plays guitar, bass, keyboards and sings. In 2006 Markus Roscher and his band “McLemon” was nominated for the German Rock and Pop Price. Some of his songs had been televised: “Wiedersehen” (Akte 06, SAT1), “Verzeih mir” (Taff,Pro7), “Dieter halts Maul” (Akte 04, SAT 1) and “Träum doch weiter” (Brisant, ARD).

Markus Roscher makes music since 1981 with his first studio productions. But 2004 he makes his firsf famous song in Germany with the title "Dieter halts Maul". Since this time he produced five albums.

He is a child of the 60s and 70s. It's a little bit of all: Beatles, Stones, Dire Straits, etcetc.
