Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Bio/Info: My music addiction began in church/school choirs and school band/orchestra. I started playing guitar as a teenager after moving to the official Blues Capital of Texas, Navasota. I began to hang out with guitar alumni Arthur Nichols, Guitar Frank Lipscomb, and Mance Lipscomb. I started playing professionally while in high school and spent the next several years gigging with local and regional bands in southeastern and north Texas. Navasota homeboyz "Hidden Image" won the Texas World Speedway Battle of the Bands 2 years in a row and was offered a tour with country music star Tony Toliver. During my stint with Bryan/College Stations "Albatross" we were featured on the "MTV Basement Tapes" video show with Warren Archer. My favorite cover band "Shagnasty" was the embodiment of the rock and roll life style. We opened for several acts including Asleep at the Wheel and shared billing with country legend George Strait. After moving to Dallas I sold all of my gear, and went back to school. Upon graduation I started gigging again and got in over my head. I eventually "crashed and burned", which led me back to the Lord. I joined the praise and worship team at my home church and began playing Sunday services and Christian venues thru out Texas, including the Fort Worth landmark "Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum." In 2000 I recorded the Big Methuselah record "Human Sacrifice" and the “Myself” music video. Big Methuselah had a couple of top 10 Christian Indie radio hits and was featured on "7 balls Top 20 Unsigned Artist who Rock" along with Mercy Me and Pillar. I have also had the privilege of working with Phillips Craig and Dean, Dorothy Norwood, Rohn Bailey, Susan Gray, Robert Silva, Cynthia Green, and MTV pop diva Mikaila.
