Lucy Lies In Ashes
This music is something I gave up on long ago. One day I will try to pick it up again, like a half-eaten cookie on a grocery store shelf.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I started something and never finished it. These songs are just mediocre songs I wrote as a younger man.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I play outside nearly every day, using appropriately shaped sticks as swords and fashioning armor from old radiators. I smash mullberries on my face to look like blood. It really impresses my wife, to say the least.
Your musical influences
Mostly influenced by the troubadors. Leonard Cohen was a big one. Also Elliott Smith. Josh Ritter.
What equipment do you use?
Clam shells. Logs. Yogurt.
