A young man starting from small to big. LilTopout is going to be a billionaire before he hits 21". Liltopout is a rapper/producer he lives in a small town known as Topeka,KS born in manhattan real name Devonta Jones says Liltopout. "i love topeka but when you get some were they wanna start haten for know reason. Liltopout started rapping when he was 9 years old.He thought it was gen-unique to set up a recording studio in his room. The equipment that he used were; FL Studio XXL Producer, microphone and studio software. his first song he ever wrote was named "she doing it"Looking for feedback on his recorded music, Liltopout kept his ear to the hallways. when he put the song on the internet a website such known as soundclick the second week he had got a good responce over 1000 plays and was number 5 on the billboard charts. says Liltopout "that was a fun experience to be able to go in the studio and make songs for the fans too listen to. Liltopout would do the same thing over and over again like he would wake up go to school come home and record then start all over the next day. If he dont record songs then he would make home videos uploaded to his youtube page so the fans can know whats next. Liltopout been on the grind since day 1 but "Nobody really took me seriously while I was handing out my flyers." Later on that summer, everysince he made "SuperStar Status" thats one of his favorite songs of all time. In 2008, he would be on the streets passing out his first mixtape called "Shine out mixtape vol.1 he would go to random people and just give it away for free. he works hard at what he do Liltopout does it for the people who listen to his music. In the near future he plans on working with rappers/singers such as: Lil Wayne, bow wow, T.i, Snoop Dog, The Game, Beyonce,50 cent, Nelly, Day26 and more In 2009 & 2010, He's starting to perform live at open shows/birthday party's. He's known for getting the crowd hype every performance he does. His goal is to reach the top and never look down. he is the one the labels are looking for in the near 2010 he will be in your city says Liltopout " Blazing up the stage look out for me this year and next year tell a friend Liltpout's in town.
