Lesley aka Les Ley aka Funky Junkie, was born in 1974 at the Dutch coast, in IJmuiden, where he started playing at a local club at age 15.
Since 2004, Lesley has been concentrating on Techno, landing an addiction for life. Lesley plays a wide range of techno, closest to a minimal, detroit sound with a fresh, techy touch, a splash of house and a drup of vocals, in his set as well as in his tracks, which are about to be brought out to the public. His choice of music will leave you speechlessly surprised with totally unexpected tunes that, all of a sudden, totally fall into place
These days Lesley is dj-ing, as well as performing live on stage, his own tracks.
Lesley has played at Technoville (own parties), Rector (Gent, BE), Createch (Lichtfabriek, Haarlem & Almere Strand), Groundqontrol, MNML am MDNGHT, Bassrulezz VIP Area (Waakzaamheid), Les & More (own event), Winston's Kingdom, Bam Bam (Club LA Amsterdam), TWSTd (Amsterdam) Attractive Force, Undergrounded (UG), The Getaway Café and many more.

Your musical influences
Old funk, soul and R&B from the early eighties, for sure, but also Ritchie Hawtin, Derrick May, Little Louie Vega, Moby. And also Portishead, The Doors, Sting, Bob Marley and many many more....What equipment do you use?
