Why would I need a license?
A license is needed if you want to use the music for anything else than just listening for your pleasure. Typical uses are
  • freestyling over a beat
  • licensing music for use in TV or for a movie
  • remixing or use audio samples
What are the license options and what are the differences between those?
We offer up to 5 license templates (Basic, Premium, Track Out, Unlimited, Exclusive) and it's up to the artist which ones he/she wants to make available. Each license comes with different perks. In general, the higher the price, the better the perks.

When will I get the track I purchased?
You can download all related files immediately after your purchase. We also email you a one-time download link for a download later.
How can I remove the audio tag from the track?
A "tagged beat" is a demonstration version of an instrumental that contains distinct audio watermarks that typically play throughout the entire track. The purpose of a producer tagging his/her instrumental is to prevent piracy and to encourage serious recording artists to purchase a license.
To get a tag-free audio please make sure you purchase a license which features "untagged audio".
I purchased a $1 download, why is the beat still tagged?
Beats purchased for $1 in our store are meant for streaming and demo use only, just like downloads from iTunes store or Amazon music.
To license a beat without audio tag and to use in a professional manner please buy a license from this page. Usually those are $25 and up.
What is a stem / trackout file?
A Stem file is an audio file that contains a track split into several musical elements: A drums stem, a bassline stem, a harmony stem, and a lead stem for example.
The Stem file also usually includes the original stereo master of the track for standard playback.
Why would I need a stem / trackout file?
A trackout file gives you much better control. Imagine you rap over a beat and you realize the percussions take the focus away from your vocals. With a trackout file you can simply tone down the percussion and the focus is now on the vocals. With a trackout file you have much more flexibility and a whole different level of control.

I thank my ADHD and I thank myself for applying it into business and music and other things and my will power to keep going whether theres cheerleaders around me or not. Cheerleaders are important. Thank you cheerleaders whether one Or a multitude at a time whether seasonal or just from afar, observing my growth at a distance.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Yes. Ive performed in choir/select chorus. I actually performed at Disneyland in California, got 5th place. Not easy to do. Ive performed in Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Florida, Hawaii, Ohio, Marylandto name a few. A special moment was my performance in Danville, VA. That was a performance never to be forgotten. If someone can get there hands on thatthat would be epic. I would also highlight my performance in Owings Mills, MD at NewTown high school. It was the very first edition of New Town Idol (2007) where you can view my background singing performance. If youre reallllly interested in my music journey, you should attempt to get your hands on my acapella performance at Twentynine Palm High school located in Twentynine Palms, CA between 2004-2005. If youre a true fan youd remember my very first mixtape on DatPiff called The LaidyMixtape, which was released between in 2009-2010 big shoutout to Bigga Rankin for showing me love back then before DatPiff deleted everything, that was a sad time for a lot of Artist.
Your musical influences
Influenced by no one, inspired by many. I grew up in the 90s listening to Take6, EnVogue, H-Town, Tupac, Ron Isley, The Whispers, Earth Wind and Fire, Anita Baker, Adina Howard, Busta Rhymes, Erykah Badu, Keith Sweat, Junkyard band, Ohio Players,Kirk Franklin, DeAngelo, Fred Hammon, Tupac, Brownstone, The Funkadelics, Commodores, Angie Stone, Sugar Free, E40, Devinthedude, SnoopDoggI can literally keep going.. all while getting ready to visit the barn with my new cow boy bootsmy life is a melting pot, dont read in youll get lost in the sauce lol
What equipment do you use?
I used all types of devices. Sometimes, you gotta work with whats available in the trenchesIve created magic on a 97 Macintosh in 2010. from studio one, to apple desktop, Pro Tools, Logic Pro, etc. Now, Im using my phone. Ive been working off my phone through Bandlab since late last year. Yea I know.. get a mic, either way imma give these bars make the best out of any situation. Get that shit out there. My tribe will gravitate to me, Period.
