Ladii M is back at it. This time I'm going harder than ever!
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Monique "Ladii M" Irvin first started rapping with her older brother when she was in the fifth grade. She was quite talented for her age, and gained respect from older rappers. A couple months later, she would just freestyle with/against her older brother and sister, who can also rap and sing. By the time she was in the sixth grade, she had quit rapping. It no longer interested her. For she had high dreams of attending college, and becoming a lawyer. Her dream of becoming a lawyer, soon came to hault. After she discovered that her life could possibly be at risk with this carrer. So she quickly leaned towards owning her own business with her younger sister by one year. By the time she reached the eight grade, she started back rapping, and began writing songs. When she hit the ninth grade, she really began to show her skills to her peers. Alot of people began to recognize the rapping skills Ladii M possessed, and she quickly gained their respect. Even presently, people continue to pressure Ladii M to show the world what she has to offer!
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I'm getting my act together because I'm about to start performing live. I'm pretty sure that I will love performing live. In fact, I'll be performing live in this competition in a couple of months!
