Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
From the spray-painted walls and linoleum floors of '96, music became my focus. My tools have evolved from early Fruity Loops (2000) and the MC-505 (2001) to an ongoing pursuit of rhythmic complexity and audio fidelity, mastering polyrhythms and gain staging. For 25 years, I've been the beat architect for Unsatisfied Poets. With my estranged partner Hole Digger currently on a 30-year sabbatical, I've embraced a minimalist approach, crafting sounds with just a tape deck, a Pocket Operator, essential cables, and a Sony MP3 recorder.
