What equipment do you use?
Everything is mainly software now days, Reason, Pro Tools of course, but i still love the old school midi based cakewalk 3.0, korg triton, motif, roland xv's, etc, fruity loops for a vintage sample feel, but right now software is definitely where its at now.
Anything else?
I consider music in a depression right now, when it comes to talented rap / hip hop artists. There are very few of us left. And even less of the realest most talented people do I ever see signed.
