Wussup, my name is Kuga aka Aki and welcome to my solo page. I was born in San Francisco, California and I am in a group called NjS with another artist by the name of Flo-zen aka Robby and a singer by the name of Jenny D. I first got into hip hop music in the 6th grade when I met Robby. We first started off Djing together in the 6th grade. When we went to Japan for a senior trip in '07, we started getting into recording. I was first introduced to writing lyrics and making beats by Robby and I haven't looked back since. I also have another artist to thank in my upcoming. A fellow Japanese artist by the name of Schiffy gave me some oppurtunities to up my game while he featured me on some of his tracks as I was just starting off. Now I live in Tokyo, Japan performing with a group called MOLE HILL but NjS is no where near dead! This summer in '09, Flo-zen aka Robby and Kuga aka Aki are gonna get back together and continue the second chapter of NjS in Tokyo.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
I do play live in various locations in Tokyo, Japan. I love every single minute of being up on stage with my fellow artists, just doing Hip Hop.
