I first began rapping as a child in elementary school. My relatives, friends, classmates, and I would make beats with a pencil and have freestyle battles.

When I got my first job during my senior year of high school, I decided to buy my first microphone. I had no knowledge of music equipment, recording, mixing, mastering, promoting, marketing, or distribution; I just wanted to make music.

My audio quality and mixing were terrible, but with practice, training, and studying, I began to improve my skills and master my craft.

I have come a long way from humble beginnings. I’m no longer a rookie, I’m a professional!

Yes, I’ve performed in front of a live audience. It is a bit nerve-wracking at first, but once you get used to it, it becomes fun and exciting. Because I did talent shows and performed at school and church as a child, performing in front of a crowd as an adult feels like a natural extension of that early experience. Connecting with the crowd and feeding off their energy makes every performance unique and rewarding.

I am deeply influenced by the revolutionaries, visionaries, teachers, activists, writers, and musicians who paved the way for future generations. Were it not for their dedication, I would not be where I am today. Their courage inspires me to continue building a better future.

The studio equipment I use includes a computer, laptop, condenser mic, audio interface, monitors, headphones, digital audio workstation, isolation shield, shock mount, pop filter, acoustic soundproof panels, mic stand, and a MIDI keyboard. This comprehensive setup allows me to produce professional-grade audio recordings from pre-production to the final master.
