Jim Dinan also records under the name Beyond the Eyes of Men. Beyond the Eyes of Men's sound is best described as minimal with dark introspective vocals and haunting dissonance wrapped in the sonic texture of post punk, acoustic and ambient music. Lyrically, there are myriad experiences pushing and pulling in continuous conflict with desire.

Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Songs for the album Unlock the Mirror were written over the period from 2003 - 2008. Recording took place at The Kompound Recording Studio in Columbus, Ohio in spring of 2008. The CD was released under Dissonance Cafe in April 2009.
