Dark Island Dark Island
This is a traditional Scottish song written originally for a TV which has become a bit of a classic. The main melody is played on Pedal Steel Guitar and Flute.

This is a song I put together whilst developing guitar presets for my Fractal FM3. As the title suggests, it has a dreamy feel. The backing was played on Pedal Steel Guitar, PAL Electric Upright Bass, Alesis DM10 drum kit and some synth wash.
Floating Floating
Created whilst working on an FM3 Preset for my Pedal Steel Guitar. Using a raking technique on the Steel combined with an Ambient style preset on the FM3. Melody is played using a Mellotron Flute VSTi.
I have been a musician most of my life. Musicians in my family go back 4 generations, so have always been around Music creation. I play Guitar, Bass, Double Bass, Pedal Steel Guitar, Keys, Flute, Sax, Drums.
I have a bedroom studio set up using Cubase as my main recording DAW. I recently bought a Fractal FM3 which I am using for most of my instruments, plus some other outboard effects.
