Jay_Blaze was raised in the Dirt Roads of The South. He began his mission as an emcee at the age of 10 years old performing for talent shows, youth groups and out on street corners.
As a small boy JayBlaze knew that he was called into the Gospel Ministry to preach Gods word, being a young child, Jay saw a better way to get the Gospel message across to those that were his age and young adults.
His Love and passion for Christ could not be contained whenever Jay was given the opportunity to perform in church, or freestyle under a streetlight. JayBlaze has used the rap Genre to reach many with the Gospel Message.
He has been able to hold his own in street battles as well as change the hearts of those who challenged him. JayBlaze is definitely an ambassador for Christ, and will not hold back his belief lyrically.
Jay attributes his style to being a fan of groups such as Outkast, Goodie Mob and many other hip-hoppers who have been successful in Rap Music. Most influential in his life is the Holy Spirit. He is the Source who inspires him to continue dropping catchy rhymes over what he calls, "Laced Beats".
Those who hear him admit that hands down he is one of the greatest emcees to bless a microphone and his fans know that whenever they hear him they are in for a delightful experience. His lyrics convict, encourage, inspire, educate and overwhelm the hearts of listeners.
God has opened the door for JayBlaze to release his freshman solo project, "The Revival" which has exploded with hard hitting tracks and verses that only God could inspire an emcee to write. He has performed in nightclubs, churches, theme parks and various other venues and lives to pour his heart out into the lives of others.
Though Jay is very accomplished outside of his music career, what he holds dear to his heart is the opportunity that God has given him to be a Father and a Husband. When all is said and done, the one thing that brings his heart joy is the assurance in knowing that by reaching others through Music and the Preached Word and living a life that exemplifies Christ, God is pleased with his SERVANT JayBlaze!Have you performed in front of an audience?OUR TEAM IS CONSTANTLY SEEKING OUT VENUES TO PERFORM.
