Jeffa Ah E
Jeffa is a world of things. Not just Pop or Electronica, not just R&B, not just Hip Hop or Baltimore Club Music or any other genre. Jeffa is a revolution. A brand new sound with many influences and many experiences. Jeffa is a movement. So with the few artist I am working with now, I will create a sound for the world to hear, but one that they can identify with.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I have been in love with music since my mom used to put headphones to her stomach when I was in the womb. Music and dance were my first loves, and then became my mistresses as I started to write poetry. But once I learned how to combine all of my talents, songwriting, poetry, getting the crowd hype and the many others that lie within, it became an entity within me. I finally became "Jeffa".
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yes. I have only done a few shows, but more are to come.
Your musical influences
I listen to everything. I love old school, new school, snap & crunk music, R&B, dance, electronica. My all time favorite is 80's music. Alternative, folk, etc. I am just a big ass eclectic, sorta like the personality I keep. It varies and changes and grows.
What equipment do you use?
None currently. I used to work with producers composing things in Fruity Loops, but now I have found immense talents via Soundclick, and no longer have to really work through that avenue.
Anything else?
I just wanna let everyone know that there is more than one way to think and you will get that out of my music.
