Yes, yes, yes.  I am Jay.R and Welcome to my official Sound Click page. I just want to say welcome  once again. Let me say this also that music is all in my blood so I can not run from it from just making beats to even playing live instruments its in me. 

My mission on Sound Click and other websites and even through the streets is to get the gospel out as much a possible. This world is suffering because their faith and lack of knowledge of not knowing Jesus Christ as their Lord and personal savior you feel me, not only that but the world needs an encounter with the father and a great relationship with him also. So thats why its people like me who will be a servant to him by walking out his word.

Whats going on yall. Welcome to the page of Jay.R where you will find and hear great music. Just to give you a little infomation on Jay. R............ Jay. R is a native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Being born and raised in the south, Jay.R grew up around an industry full of "crunk" and "trap" musik, which made him that much more determined to bring a new and innovative style to the table. He's dedicated his career and lifestyle to producing "good musik" and giving it substance that alot of people can relate to.

Over the years Jay.R has come in contact with a number of top artists that have had a positive impact on not only him, but the music industry as a whole. Artists include; J.Moss, Yolanda Adams, Donnie McClurkin, Martha Munizzi, Fred Hammond, Mary Mary, and LaDonna Mole and more. Jay.R has the privilege to play for artists such as; Young Fletcher and Jonathan Stockstill. Jay.R looks forward to continuing opportunities that will take his talents to another level through networking and establishing business relationships with other great artists that share the same vision for the industry that he does.

Right Now Jay.R has a movement that he is putting together that will shake up nations, and that movement is something called an upcoming label called "TRUE RUKUS PRODUCTIONS", which was started January 2008. This label is a label thats putting out good music, a label that has no choice but to go to the next level in music. Its basically a label thats so creative. Jay. R wants to put out a positive and great message thru song, his beats, and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ.

On the "TRUE RUKUS PRODUCTIONS" label the team and Jay.R are networking and pushing for that main door to open to win souls every way they can. Living in this world Jay.R has been going back and forth from the world to church just trying to decide which and his next step in the past.

Now that Jay.R has came to the conclusion that he wants to see better things in this world instead of always experiencing the downfalls in life, he is taking charge of this label and this movement that True Rukus is putting together.

Jay.R wants this music to travel not just all over the United States, but he wants it to travel all over the world cause this world has people who craves for just the gospel and just some positive music.

Sitting and praying sometimes and sometimes just reflecting on life, Jay.R really gets more visions and understanding on life specially his direction towards this music industry. Here are some words that came past Jay.R's mind and heart.........................................................

Jay.R just has a passion for change, yes he wants to see the world change and things in this world change and it starts with himself and others out here who sets an example towards the world.

Have you performed in front of an audience?

Yes I do play live here in my hometown Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Man I love it. I play every Weds at my church St. Peters World Outreach Center Church one of the best churches in the world for the youth and college kids.

Your musical influences

A lot of old skool gospel and motown a little bit influences me here and there. Great worship music is also the key that gets to me all the time, but its hard to really say on this question (lol).
