Jack Gunderson
An adaptation by John Peer and Jack Gunderson. Recorded at John's warehouse Vancouver 1995-ish. During the session we laughed so hard at the playback that we rolled on the ground in the fetal position trying not to pee. Those were the days eh John?!
Written for my wife Mish shortly after our 21st anniversary in 2020. Finished with the help of my old bandmate and huge talent John David Peer on the piano and hammond organ.
I started writing this song in 2009 and after dusting it off in 2020 I revamped & finally finished it. Jason Dunajski on guitar and John David Peer on keys. Thanks fellas!
Co-written with Ross Elves. A Lake Cowichan anthem finished specifically to perform at Sunfest 2016. Guest slide guitar Ray Harvey. New mix by Jeff Richardson to be posted soon.
Written for my daughter Chelsea when she was a wee babe. Years later I finished arranging & recorded the song while adding the old audio of her that I recovered from an old cassette.
