JM on the beats
What's good, I don't go by any direct name as of yet, but for internet purposes, I go by simply ''JM on the beats''. I'm a local producer in my local area, and I might make any type of southern style beat from trap music to making the crowd stand up. Right now for 2010, I'm just motivated on getting good at this thing as I can, and striving to be the best one day. If you want to know anything else, or even if you want a beat, hit me up at my email: jumpman233@yahoo.com, peace.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Since I was almost a toddler, I've been listening to rap music. I instantly became a fan, and wanted to make music right then and there. Over the years I bought alot of albums, and just listened. By the time I got to middle school I started making beats on fruity loops, and had plans of buying a MPC 1000. I had already learned how to measure notes, and how to use an equalizer. Between 2004-05, my music life went on a stand still. I was too busy doing homework and always had other things to do. My senior year in high school, I got back into my music. I gave a few samples of my work to a few different local rappers. I wanted to have my own distinct sound, but yet still be hot. I started making my beats with a crisp modified 808 bass drum with heavy bass, a brass, and plenty of synths. I knew I had a good style to work with. Check out my beats.
