I am 518's only Sean Patrick. I've been making music and for about 10 years. I am still learning new things and developing and growing as an artist. My goal is to change the world with music.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
When I was 15 I began experimenting with different music editing software and I was hooked immediately. I started making remixes of popular songs and that eventually led into making beats. In college I linked up with a number of artists from all over the state and began making more & more music. Over the years I've picked up tips & tricks and I've gotten better, but I am still learning new things every day.
I've been writing on and off since I was 13 but recently I started rapping. I'm in the process of putting together a mixtape as well as an album.
About a month ago a collective of talented artists from the 518, including myself, made a song and shot a music video representing upstate New York. My goal is to put upstate on the map and then change the world through music.

Your musical influences
Kanye West, Joe Budden, Eminem..anyone who is creative and not afraid to explore and push the envelope to create new and interesting music. Life is the greatest inspiration though. As long as I wake up in the morning I'll have something to inspire me to create something artistic.

As I said before my goal is to change the world for the better. I realize I am only one man so if I can even spark the idea in someone's mind to change the world then I've accomplished what I set out to do.
