My name is Rick Lawrence aka Iron Wind. I am the co producer for Toronto based Hip Hop duo Primal Winds currently on the Hand'Solo Records roster.Band/artist history
Well it all started back in my younger years where acquired the skill of beat boxing at the age of 12. from there music has always been a part of my life. Around my high school years i got more involved with writing and producing and even performed at some venues as a beatbox artist under my first alias Scratch Cat.Have you performed in front of an audience?Yes as a solo artist and as Primal Winds we have performed at many shows some of which were great experiences such as opening for artists like Killah Priest, Mad Child, R.A The Ruggedman, Sakretes, and many more. I also did a live show in Colorado as a solo artist which was my first time in the U.S
Your musical influences
I have always been influenced by the sounds of Wu Tang Clan mainly 4th Disciple, GZA, Inspectah Deck, Ghostface Killah and Mast Killah.What equipment do you use?
I use a bunch of stuff but i tend to work with FL Studio and my MPC One.Anything else?
