Heya, I'm Ion (with an uppercase i, not a lowercase L). I'm a musician, artist, writer, and project accumulator. I love metal, mostly argent metal and progressive metal. I've been making music for quite some time now, but now I'm really focused on putting more effort into my stuff.
I have two main influences: Mick Gordon and Periphery. Mick Gordon's work on the DOOM 2016 and DOOM Eternal soundtracks are phenomenal. He's the most motivating artist I have ever studied, plus his shit just goes hard, goddamn! Periphery on the other hand, introduced me to the beautiful world of progressive metal, easily the greatest subgenre of music ever. Their music consists of three things: heavy and badass riffs, emotional eye-watering harmonies, and/or a beautiful mix of both. I hope to be a djentleman just like them some day.
