Ida Divine is an eclectic, talented writer, singer and rapper the type of female lyricist this industry lacks.She hails from the Park Hill projects of Staten Island New York,also home of the world re noun Wu-tang Clan.Musical influences include; Reggae,Soca,Neo-Soul,Techno,Disco and other genre's.Her direct and explosive delivery can be controversial, however she displays a sensitive view on issues affecting inner-city communities, domestic violence, racism, politics and sexism. As a single mother of 2 along with her gritty upbringing she paints lyrical portraits,her ability to do this is one reason Ida Divine will soon be our next female phenomenon!!
