I'll update this more in the near future, but for starters I'm 27 years old, born in Providence, Rhode Island, but pretty much raised in Elmira, New York.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
I have done a couple of shows, most recently at Club Escape in Binghamton, NY; I was part of a battle that opened up for Lil' Flip and other artists.
Your musical influences
Although we sound nothing alike, DJ Premier has always been my favorite producer; which is a little ironic because I am really not into sample-based beats these days. There are so many so called "musicians" out there, who find the most obvious sample they can, throw some empty drums on top of it and call it their creation; atleast give a shout-out to the original artist; atleast take the time to dig in the crates and find a sample that you can put your own twist on; atleast come up with your own style instead of sounding like a Kanye West or Timbland... Other influences growing up: Dr. Dre, The Beatnuts; I don't know, too many to even think of right now...
What equipment do you use?
My aresenal includes: Roland Fantom X6, Akai MPC 2000xl, Boss BR-1200 digital workstation, and of course top-notch microphones, headphones, and monitors as well.
