Band/artist history
I've played in many bands, wrote many songs, then started producing. Even before producing, I was technically producing. I was always the one writing the music and directing the song, whether it was in the writing process or in the studio.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
I do. I love performing. I have performed in many different types of bands at many different venues. From playing trumpet in jazz bands and exclusive concert bands, to playing bass in jazz band in school, to being a guitar player in rock, pop, and punk bands. When I got more into production, I started doing beat battles. I won the first ever Long Island Beat Battle which was very memorable. I also won a beat battle in which Raekwon was one the judges. He loved everything he heard and before the beat battle was even over he said he already knew he won. For him to like and appreciate my music meant the world to me.
Your musical influences
I'm influenced by everything. A random sound in everyday life can sound cool to me and I'll get inspired to create. I'm influenced by beginner players who learn with passion and persistence. But musically, from Miles Davis to Marilyn Manson. From Jay Z to The Ramones. From Errol Garner to Kanye West. From Billie Holiday to The Sex Pistols. I'm influenced by good music and talent. Those are some of my personal favorites in no order whatsoever. There is way too many to name. I could go on for days...lemme try:
