Gutta Pullatree
Justin Robert Woodley, aka 'Gutta Pullatree,' pronounced as (Gutter Poetry), was born February 28, 1989, and was raised on the east side of Detroit, MI. Gutta has been throughout the streets with impeccable credentials, and has created a new wave of rap music in an educational crimson mannerly fashion. From rags to riches, to riches to rags, Gutta has hit rough patches in life which caused him to make delinquent choices which resulted incarceration.
During Gutta Pullatree's childhood, he experienced traumatizing events and developed PTSD. Already as a child with ADHD/ADD, Gutta became lost to reality and became interested in music that would calm him down before he acted in demented ways. From getting jumped and chased throughout the neighborhood, to constantly being bullied, Gutta became a product of his environment.
After his release in 2023, Gutta Pullatree now pursues his rap career with an arsenal of stories that once were his ways growing up in Detroit. Instead of committing future crimes, he now resorts to the studio to release heinous material which produces ominous vibes to those who feel hopelessness to show that the world would be a much better place if we did not no longer act upon anger, but to express our feelings in a way that's profitable (such as music or poetry) without the possibility of life lossage or incarceration. Gutta's newest single 'Scholar,' is now available on all platforms.
Gutta Pullatree's first album, "SCIENTIFIC A$$HOLE," is expected to be released later this year (2023), and is set to be the declaration of poetry in rap format which includes dark grime vibes throughout the duration of this album. As a lyricist, Gutta Pullatree paints pictures of beauty in grime rap and produces no filter when it comes to wordplay. His instrumentals are dark, trappish, and streety with blends of poetic samples to capture uniqueness behind each lyric. This new comer is going to pave a way for many artist, and this is just the beginning of Gutta Pullatree. New music coming soon!
