Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
It's a dark secret.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Mmmm it's hard to call Traktor DJing live, but I guess if people can call it this way then yes. Otherwise play guitar, bass, a bit of piano, lot of percussions and some other things which are hard to call instruments :) Played quite a few times at Thymless Reggae Bar in Toronto's Downtown @ 355 College St. One of my favorite venues to play. It's not too big not too small. Has awesome bass Cerwin Vega bins, mids and highs. So when you play some heavy tunage there it shakes the ground without unnecessary distortions and extreme blasting. As well as at Hot Box Cafe, Cave and few other small venues. I love smaller spaces, feels more connected to your audience.
Your musical influences
Russian Ethnic and Electronic Music, Prodigy, Technical Itch, Dylan, Ganjah Kru, 9mm, 16 arm jack, Congo Natty, BSE and many other.
Even though there are many influences to my mind I'm still try not to imitate anyone. In fact have tons of original stuff. And more to come.
What equipment do you use?
Logic Pro 9 mainly. On rare occasions still using Qubase, but I'm slowly fading more and more away from it.
Anything else?
