Gold Taurus
Influenced by 80's Tangerine Dream and recently, Kraftwerk. Gold Taurus is a spin-off of the band Shite (Michigan band, later known as Super Human Intelligence Towards Exile).
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Formed officially on New Years Day 2014. Besides that, it's just me hooking up my keyboard to my computer and making tunes through Techno EJay 1 (I've bought it in 2000 and have it since) but only using as a 16-track studio and not any of their pre-made samples.
I'm looking to get better studio software. Techno EJay 1 surely has some conflicts with Windows 7 as it seems.
I'm a electronic musician, I'm not very talented, if not, at all. I overdub a lot of my work to make it sound "professional."
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Not at the moment. Don't have that equipment quite yet.
Your musical influences
Tangerine Dream, Kraftwerk (without looking that silly) and my previous band SHITE (later to be known as Super Human Intelligence Towards Exile).
Although not anywhere similar to Gold Taurus, I'm a big fan of 80's Rush (Permanent Waves to Presto).
