GangLand Authentic
As a two piece act from the outskirts of Glasgow, Mako and Lil'D formed an alliance with fellow Glasgow hip hop outfit 'Triplecuttt or T.C' and began as hype men for the group, after realising that T.C's plans for them were minimum in a recording sense the two broke away and formed GLA (GangLand Authentic). No Hard feelings are held between the groups and they remain good friends. After performing at some gigs and releasing two mixtapes entitled 'You Know What This Is' and 'Beyond Words' GLA went on to perform at gigs in Airdrie, Coatbridge and probably most significantly at Hamilton Palace in the Furies Lanarkshire King Of The Bands finishing overall second in the competition. GLA have now finished new mixtape 'Drunk N Disorderly'

So far we've played at venues in Coatbridge, Airdrie, Glasgow & most significantly Furys King Of The Bands Competition hosted in Hamilton Palace where we finished overall second in the competition.
