GIGO
A formless mix of bad timing, misplaced priorities and lack of nearly any musical training beyond high school marching band drives the annoying yet complex rhythms and tonal experiments of GIGO. Formed in the early nineties from a long night of caffeine abuse and a $300 midi keyboard bought at Circuit City, GIGO had absolutely no impact whatsoever on the musical world. With only one "album" GIGO floundered in deserved obscurity only to "disband" in the new century due to lack of interest, funding, time.... uh... and laziness.
Resurfacing in the last few months, GIGO, armed with new software and a brand new keyboard plans to reenter the musical world and complete a "best of" album, consisting mainly of remixes from it's original lackluster offering, in hopes that using the "Ambient Wide Spaces" available in Garage Band will create the silk purse out of the sows ear, or in this case, a wild boars nether regions.
Band/artist history
Formed in the late 80's. Produced one self published CD that was given away to maybe 3 people tops. In the late 90's lack of interest caused GIGO to stop producing.
