From Tranquility To Chaos

How Did From Tranquility To Chaos Start? The band began during Jesus and Robert’s sophomore year of high school. They joined a local high school band with some of their classmates. Unfortunately due to a difference in music genre Jesus and Robert quit the band and established one of their own. With time passing by it seemed like Jesus and Robert would not get a complete band and just throw in the towel as musicians. At the time Robert knew Gabe from guitar class. They became good friends and this is when Robert asked Gabe to join their band. At this time Jesus and Robert did not have a steady band name. Gabe joined the band as a guitarist at first. One day at practice while going over one of the band’s song, Gabe began to hum a tune and stun Jesus and Robert with his amazing vocal abilities. Gabe continued playing guitar for a small period of time but began wanting to pursue in becoming a full time vocalist. Thus at this time we began searching for another guitarist. The search for another guitarist seemed impossible, doubt began to arise and it seemed like Gabe would have to continue playing guitar and sing at the same time. In the back of the band’s mind a drummer was still needed. A bass player was still needed. The band finally was complete and had another guitarist, drummer. A couple shows lasted with this line up but the band began to break apart. The band took some time off and finally tried to work out their differences. The second guitarist began doing his own thing and quickly joined another band. This is when Miguel comes to place. Miguel at the time was thinking about calling it quits as a musician. It just seemed like every band he joined would fall to pieces. This is when Jesus talked Miguel into giving FTTC one chance. Practices went well and the band began to grow a great interest in Miguel. The band was still bass less. It seem like we would have never found a bass player. It was when Jesus and Robert were in web design class and their friend Roy asked if he can play bass for FTTC. At the time Roy was a guitarist for another band but saw his other band was going nowhere and wanted to be a member of the FTTC family. We had him come to a practice, right off the back we knew this was the bass player FTTC had been dreaming about! So we have a steady line up with Jesus, Gabe, Robert, Miguel, Roy, and our old drummer. Situations occurred, priorities began to become an issue and our drummer had to quit the band due to all these complications. It was sad because we had a upcoming show the following week. It would have been our first show since the bands first break up. This is when Tox comes along. Jesus began making phone calls, texting other bands searching left and right for a new drummer. The entire band was devastated that we would be drum less and would have to cancel our show. Tox saw our ad posted on myspace saying WE NEED A DRUMMER ASAP!!! It took him only one practice to learn all our songs. We were so amazed how quickly he learned his drum parts in only a week of time. The show finally came and the band did great. We came to an agreement as a band and asked Tox to join the FTTC family after the show. Now as more shows come along and more people are starting to hear us we grow stronger as a band. We are all grateful for every fan we get. Every time we see people at our shows enjoying the music, it inspires us to keep going on. This music we make though, its not for fame or glory, its not for us either. Its for the people and for God. FTTC hopes to try and spread the message of our lord and savior Jesus Christ. I know it might seem difficult to understand what Jesus is screaming, but all lyrics we make hope to inspire people. We hope to have a connection with the audience and spread a positive message.
