Christan Music Group started as a group of singers that developed into something more. The producer known as S.M.O.O.T.H. (Saved Man Operating On The Holy Ghost) decided to start an independent music label to further solidify their musical stance. With various influences and artists CMG is open and enthused about communicating and or collaborating with artist of all genres and styles.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
The Christian Music Group is comprised of several artists and "acts" including: S.M.O.O.T.H., Citizens of the Kingdom, Major G'z, Dre, Tori, and Spyda to name a few. The "label" or business side started after several attempts to get major recognition with little results while having major cd sales without mass promotion. This made the founding fathers decide to step out and create a label. It started with (1) one artist and turned into a mass music firm.

Yes, Lancaster, SC. Rock Hill, SC. Charlotte, NC. St. Louis, MO. Atlanta, GA. Virginia Beach, VA., Cincinnati, OH.

What equipment do you use?
Korg M50, Pro Tools, Reason, M-Audio Keystation pro 88, Apple iMac, M-Audio interface, etc.
Anything else?
Any artist that wants to see the world and allow others to hear their music, or if you are looking for a forum to hook up with other musicians to start a band, or if you are a producer looking for a small label home where you get much attention, hot singers, rappers, poets, etc. We want you here with us!!!
