Maiden Voyage Maiden Voyage
Fire Club jazz features Flora Eyster, Steve Mitchell and Andy Seal along with central PA guests including Jay Umble (jazz guitar), Steve Rudolph (jazz piano), Steve Adams (jazz piano), Doug McMinn (sax), Joel Vincent (drums), Tim Breon (upright bass) and Ann Kerstetter (vocals). Fire Club jazz covers classical jazz standards with male and female vocals. Professional sound technician Keith Hummel ("PA Musician") is our guy.
Fire Club merges Andy Seal's psychedelic and smooth classical, acoustic upright and electric bass with Eyster's flutes revealing a NYC loft background and Steve Mitchell's west coast drum and percussion sensibilities. The result is awesome live, event and soundtrack music-- most of the soundtracks are too large for upload, being Sun Ra-style events.
Please DO have a FULL listen to "Maiden Voyage, " you'll be glad you did.
The band posts events at all news links and at Billtown Live in Williamsport, PA at the inimitable www.billtownlive.com
