I am an amateur producer out of Byram, Mississippi. I picked up this passion pretty much at the start of 2016. As of now, I am a hobbyist, learning the craft as I make a few instrumentals and earning as much as I can at a comfortable pace. I have been in marching and concert band throughout all of my middle and high school years, so my ears are very trained and I can pick up on the little sounds that make all the difference. I may not be like Metro Boomin or DJ Esco right now, but I've made a lot of progress since the day I started, and I only want to get better.
I started recording tracks at home in January of 2016
I live in Byram, Mississippi. Mississippi is ok, but it isn't as beautiful as other states. It doesn't have that vibe like Georgia or Texas does.
My major influences are in order of importance: DJ Esco, Future, Travis Scott, Notorious Big, Tupac, Migos
As of now, I only use a midi keyboard. It's an M-Audio 32 keys. I am saving up to buy studio speakers, tons of different vst's for different genres, and possibly studio headphones.
As I mentioned earlier, I am very new to this. If you can, please message me with any tips that you can think of. What I am doing right, what I am doing wrong, what I should do. All tips and information will be very appreciated.
