One day, four street urchins from Barangay UP Campus realized that there are better things to do than sniffing cheap solvent rationed in used striped sando bags. Starting a band was one idea, picking noses under the bright blue Diliman sky was another. Their solvent supplier from nearby Krus na Ligas talked the foursome into counting him in.
