Hello to my audience! I'm so grateful for you. I really hope you enjoy this music and I'm working hard to keep making more. I'm ready to take my music to a new level and am starting to shop myself to record labels who I hope can help me become all I'm destined to be.
I pray with all my heart that a record company with good connections to radio, great producers and touring will give me the opportunity to prove myself, both in the studio, on stage and in songwriting. That is my dream. I don't care about money, just the chance to make great music , build an audience and forge friendships with great people who are serious about music.
My main genres are Folk/Folk Rock, Country Rock/Blues and Christian Rock.
Thank you for checking me out!!
Band/artist history
Ethan Sapphire: my new name with a great internet presence and some songwriting and performing collaborations.
Mr. E: Released "All Things Possible", "Spirited", "Mellow" and "Peace of Mind" CD's.
Forbidden Donut: Mainly an 80's rock cover band
Mr. E: My solo act of original and classic rock cover songs.
Sphere of Light (SOL): Acoustic duo with Om Song, aka George Pistole.
The Water's Edge: Acoustic duo/quartet with my brother, Ari and friends.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Performing comes naturally, especially in places and for crowds that really listen and appreciate original music.
I really love the Velour in Provo, UT, & am looking for places like that, or small theaters and halls that can be rented fire a reasonable price including sound system and engineer.
Your musical influences
I was raised on Springsteen and Rush, got heavily into the Grateful Dead (they just blew the door open on what music could be), and now am mostly into Christian contemporary music like MercyMe (I can only Imagine), Casting Crowns (If we are the Body), Newsboys, 3rd Day, and many more.
What equipment do you use?
Les Paul Studio electric, Alvarez acoustic guitars, Yamaha PG-625 Keyboard, Carvin PA system, Pro Tools 8.0 M-Powered with Projectmix I/O control surface, Rogue fretless bass, Ludwig Drums.

Utah's Local Talent on Radio
By @Willy Deals
This song is amazing and it should be the national anthem of Utah. It touches on all the aspects of the state in a respectful and lyrical way. The presentation is wonderful.
This is a lovely song, beautiful vocals and instrumentation.
I love the journey this song takes, the rhythm change and the story in the song. Very nice clean sound, I really like the chord progressions and you have a great voice. I've been listening to a few of your acoustic songs tonite and the way you perform your acoustic songs really reminds me of Cat Stevens at times, not your voice, but the way you perform the song. I will be listening to more soon, take care and keep creative, you've alot of talent! :)
